Life Remains Slow

Well, I planted a whole row of pink fir potatoes yesterday and met some more 'clients' at CamMind. We have decided to produce a recipe book to raise funds for the organisation. This morning I'm aching from head to foot!

Friday Morning

Today I'm off to do one of my favourite things. Helping out on an allotment run by a charity called Cam-Mind which works for the mentally ill (yuck I hate that word). It's quite ironic 'cos I'm one of the volunteers and yet I'm 'mentally ill' myself'! I have 'soft' (Type 2) bipolar disorder for which I take a combination of Depakote ER and Paxil. I'll be really interested to hear from others suffering similar.
